About

Simply put: Brandon Mishawn is a creative who’s most interested in telling stories that matter and helping those who choose to collaborate with him tell their stories as skillfully as their budgets and imaginations can allow.

Brandon Mishawn, has taken the lessons learned on professional film and commercial sets to apply to his own independent projects and those projects that have reached out to collaborate with him - with a focus and an established track record of making the productions that do collaborate with him, “punch above their weight class.” This is done by not only working within the budgetary restrains of a project, but reveling in the problem solving and creative opportunity of each project.

The experiences gained over the years has lent Brandon Mishawn a focus on storytelling and produced a motto that he lives his creative life by, no matter what medium he’s engaged in: “No amount of cash or tech can save you from your shit story.”

Whether it be a feature film, fashion photography photo-shoot, collective action or short story; the thing that drives Brandon Mishawn and makes him most valuable as a creative is his dedication to telling the story, above all else - weaponizing his experience, creativity and intention to get that done as faithfully as possible.

Services are varied and Brandon Mishawn keeps an open mind to each project as it comes. From pre-production, to post; From live concerts to passion projects - the best way to find out if you can find a willing collaborator for your project in Brandon Mishawn is, simply, to ask.

In recent years Brandon Mishawn has begun to share his works in poetry, short stories and has produced a live event featuring an interactive art piece (Last Regrets).

Brandon Mishawn was Born and raised in Atlanta, Ga. and is a graduate of Georgia State University with a major in Film Theory.
